3. VISA application, book flight ticket: by customer itself or serviced by BJ KOREA
4. Payment: BJ KOREA provides invoice for international banking.
5. Surgery/hotel reservation: BJ KOREA makes reservation.
6. Pickup: pickup at Incheon international airport, tour starts.
